✦ TERMS OF SERVICES ✦

general use

▸ I reserve the right to use the artwork for my portfolio and social media.
▸ You may freely use and edit the artwork for personal purposes (e.g. profile picture, wallpaper) and share it on social media with proper credit. You are prohibited from claiming the work as yours.
▸ Commercial use of artwork can be discussed. Otherwise, you are strictly prohibited from making a profit off my artwork.
▸ All works will be watermarked. Please do not remove them.

ordering

▸ You may contact me through Discord, Instagram, or email ([email protected]) if you wish to discuss about and place your order.
▸I will NOT draw the following: heavy sexual themes (especially of minors or real people), extreme gore, mecha, hate art. Anything not listed can be drawn or discussed.
▸ Provide clear references for the character you would like me to draw. You may use written descriptions or even sketch it out if you would like it to be as accurate as possible.
▸ I may turn down your commission if I feel uncomfortable with it or am unable to do it.
▸ We may discuss about other types of commissions aside from the ones that I offer.

Payment

▸ I will accept payment only through Paypal or Gcash (for PH clients).
▸ I will only be accepting USD or PHP. Kindly convert as needed.
▸ Payments done through Paypal will be through invoice.
▸ You must pay upfront in full after the sketch is finalized. A 50% downpayment can be done instead if the commission costs more than 200usd.
▸ No rush deadlines.
▸ The commission is nonrefundable unless agreed upon by both parties.

Process and progress

▸ PROCESS: sketch ⇢ lineart ⇢ base colors ⇢ shading ⇢ final rendering
▸ The number of revisions allowed are:
      • unlimited in sketch stage
      • 5 in lineart stage
      • 3 in base color stage
      • none in later stages
▸ You are highly encouraged to ask for updates.

Completion and Delivery

▸ TAT is seven (7) to 30 days, depending on my schedule. I will update you if ever there will be delays.
▸ The artwork will be in .png format.
▸ I will send the finished artwork through GDrive or email, whichever you prefer.
